What are we looking for?

The Communications Coordinator supports stakeholder communications, meeting coordination, and public relations efforts, while assisting with event planning and departmental objectives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Shift/Schedule: M-F 8-5

What you'll do:


* Monitor and provide regular updates for client, public relations and legislative activities


* Schedule, coordinate, and support internal and external meetings


* Build and maintain strong working relationships with key industry stakeholders, including insurers, distributors, manufacturers, trade schools, and others to support training and issue resolution


* Assist local and remote managers with meeting preparations


* Coordinate meetings involving clients, participants, and labs


* Draft and communicate updates, procedures, and relevant information to stakeholders through memos or calls


* Organize, attend, and actively participate in industry-related events and meetings


* Support coordination of lab tours for public and industry visitors


* Contribute to the development and execution of departmental goals and objectives


* Help ensure efficient and productive completion of required deliverables and board interactions


* Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment as needed


* Promote a positive and collaborative work environment


* Provide cross-functional support during staff absences or high-demand periods
