Accounting Manager

* Understanding the divisional operations and how they drive the financial results


* Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals across multiple jurisdictions


* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with international accounting standards.


* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls.


* Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic financial insights to senior management.


* Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local and international regulations

What are we looking for?


* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field


* CPA designation


* 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role within a multinational company


* Strong knowledge of international accounting standards


* Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.


* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
