In this role, you will:


* Work on a Research & Development team focused on the Cottonelle® consumer dry bath tissue business.


* Develop and commercialize innovation programs across tissue machine and converting assets.


* Focus on launching new products, developing new process capabilities, and commercializing manufacturing operations at both pilot and commercial scale.


* Collaborate broadly within the corporation, including with R&D, pilot plant teams, mill operations, and cross-functional disciplines.
