Product Configuration Analyst 1 | Prod Conf Analyst I (XW)
As a Product Configuration Analyst I, you'll play a key technical role supporting the setup and configuration of our XactAnalysis product.
This is a detail-oriented, collaborative, and rewarding position that directly impacts our clients' experience.
You'll work from a ticket queue to process configuration requests, ensuring each setup is completed accurately and thoroughly documented.
Your role requires a high level of data integrity and ownership-mistakes in configuration can have significant consequences for our clients and internal systems.

You'll track progress within the ticketing system and contribute to a team-oriented environment by sharing knowledge, balancing workload, and aligning with shared goals.
You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development and Account Management to ensure client needs are met accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process and complete configuration requests via a ticketing system
* Ensure absolute accuracy and data integrity in all configurations-errors can have widespread impact
* Maintain detailed documentation and real-time status updates in tickets
* Collaborate with team members to manage workload and share product insights
* Partner with Product Development and Account Management to fulfill client requests
* Take full ownership of your work, ensuring a high standard of precision and accountability

Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
* 2+ years of experience in the software industry or a related technical environment
* Experience in the property insurance industry or with Xactware products is a strong plus
Technical Skills
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Microsoft Teams
* Familiarity with data transfer protocols and technologies: EDI, FTP/SFTP, Web Services, XML, APIs, and SQL (preferred)
* Understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodology (preferred)
