Job Description
Job Summary
Support the M&A team by assisting with research, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and related administrative tasks.
Ideal candidates have 0 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, financial services, or consulting, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
* Conduct market, industry, and company-specific research.
* Prepare business summaries, transaction summaries, and financial models.
* Draft and maintain valuation models and databases.
* Coordinate and support due diligence and other transaction execution activities with internal teams and external parties.
* Manage due diligence requests and documentation.
* Support integration planning and post-acquisition performance reviews.
* Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Experience
* 0 to 3 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar.
* Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
* Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions and other transaction processes preferred.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
