Warehouse Manager

Position: Warehouse Manager

Location: Carrollton, TX

What do you get to do in this position?

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to maintain the warehouse, ensure efficient processes, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.

The Warehouse Manager's responsibilities include warehouse inventory, organization, site deliveries of material, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.

What will help you to be successful?


* 2- 3 years prior similar experience;


* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Outlook, Excel and Teams;


* Possess knowledge of material logistics processes, internal inventory systems, and production/order


* requirements;


* Are punctual/timely;


* Have apt interpersonal and customer relation skills;


* Are self-motivated;


* Experienced in problem resolution;


* Ability to hold others accountable;


* Good knowledge of an ERP system;


* Passionate for digital tools, Innovation mindset and change management aptitude;


* Ability to build winning and lasting relations over time;


* Excellent relationship and communication skills (verbal and written);


* Customer First Orientation through a consulting approach and mindset;


* Knowledge of the main office software and information systems;


* Mindset to quickly learn the SE Commercial Offer for products and applications;


* Having worked in warehouse logistics


* Have an understanding of lean manufacturing principles will be considered as a plus.

What will you be responsible for in this position?


* Ensuring the continuous optimization of the warehouse through the implementation of improvement projects focused on the efficiency of receiving, delivering, organizing, tracking and storing materials as well as returns and repairs.

Optimize the flow of goods in and out, and tailor the strategies between warehouse and front lines to ensure delivery timelines are met for all projects.

Ensuring the warehouse is maintained in good working order; creating work orders as needed and following up until complete, small maintenance tasks, purchase and maintain sufficient stock of safety supplies.


* Assist in management of lettered fleet vehicles through the implementation of improvement projects focused on documentation management (vehicle registration and insurance), vehicle maintenance, vehicle monitoring tools, toll transponders and parking placard renewal.

Implementation of improvement projects focused on the inventory management and distribution of employee PPE, work tools, vehicle material stock inventory.


* Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:


* High school diploma or GED required.


* Need to be forklift certified.


* Clean driving record
