Advanced Practice Provider Casual Plastics

Nemours is seeking a part time Advanced Practice Provider to join our Plastic Surgery Team! This position is casual or part-time and is exclusive to night and weekend call.

Key Responsibilities


* On site presence, including rounding and participation as a surgical first assist is expected.


* Provide independent and collaborative care as a member of the plastic surgery team for pediatric patients requiring diagnosis, evaluation, and management of plastic surgery clinical needs.

Qualifications


* Active Delaware (or compact state) Registered Nurse Licensure required


* Active Delaware Advanced Practice Nurse Licensure, or Physician Assistant Licensure with or without prescriptive authority required


* Delaware Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), Federal DEA registration with Delaware Address


* Current AHA BLS


* Excellent written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills required.


* It is strongly preferred to have a background in surgery
