Duties and Responsibilities:
* Set up, program, and operate CNC vertical milling machines independently
* Create and edit programs using G-code and Mastercam
* Read and interpret detailed blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
* Perform in-process inspections to ensure part quality and accuracy
* Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerances
* Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols
* Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues
* Maintain tooling, fixtures, and equipment to ensure production efficiency
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC milling machines, specifically vertical mills
* Proficiency in G-code programming
* Experienced with Mastercam software for part programming
* Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings
