* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Business or related field.


* Minimum ten years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment; three of those at an executive management level overseeing a multi-location business unit.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

* P & L responsibility of a similar size or larger business unit along with extensive knowledge of operations management principles and manufacturing processes.


* Experience in a precision machine shop environment.

* Experience developing and executing short and long-term business plans.


* Excellent organizational and planning skills along with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
