(Summer help) Maintenance Clerk

Position: Maintenance Clerk (Temporary through August)
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Location: Clintonvile, WI

Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Clerk to support our Maintenance and Engineering team.

This is a temporary role through the end of August.

You'll assist with data entry, inventory management, work order tracking, and general support for the department.

Key Responsibilities:


* Retrieve and analyze maintenance records to identify improvement opportunities


* Support technicians with information, training, and locating parts


* Create and update work orders, run reports, and enter data in PMC


* Assist with plant reliability initiatives and zone ownership


* Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy


* Follow all GMP guidelines and report food safety issues

What We're Looking For:


* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills


* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks


* Solid written and verbal communication skills


* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)


* Experience with Microsoft Access or databases is a plus
