Job Description:

Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on area of responsibility on the R&D Process Engineering team.
Specifies, identifies, and procures new equipment and prepares equipment for use in R&D processes.
Develops and optimizes process parameters to achieve specified and consistent product results.
Develops and revises process documentation and work instructions to inform the R&D Process Engineering team.
Contributes to experimental design, conducts process experimentation, gathers experimental data and observations.
Examines technical reports, technical memoranda, and other documents to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.​
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
