Job Description:
Purpose: Responsibility for providing timely responses and solve health care professional inquires related to Scientific Medical Information requests.
You will be responsible for:
* Provide clinical and technical support to healthcare and to internal customers, primarily addressing medical inquiries
* Collaborate on composing and maintaining standardized response letters
* Perform continual independent review of medical/scientific literature on pharmaceutical products (and versus competitor's, when applicable)
* Critically evaluate medical/scientific literature and determine appropriate usage
* Retrieve, disseminate, and archive pertinent scientific data to appropriate parties
* Provide scientific support to Medical Science Liaisons
* Collaborate with maintenance and development of Standard Operating Procedure for responding to requests for medical information
* Work in collaboratively and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders (as CVTs and IBVTs)
* Participates in multidisciplinary therapeutic area teams, apply trainings, whenever applicable, and contributes to functional strategic plan in support of therapeutic area.
* Leverages clinical knowledge and expertise to direct the review and identification of emerging trends and scientific intelligence, relevant for each audience.
* Assists with analysis of voice of customer data to identify unmet needs/data gaps.
Qualifications and requirements:
* Any Health care career, with oral and written proficiency in English.
* Abilities to critically search for, read and understand scientific literature, medical writing skills.
* Customer oriented professional.
* Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
* Abilities for building and maintaining strong and consistent relations with different stakeholders.
* Initiative and creativity.
* Ability to quickly adapt to change.
* Planning strategies and executing projects.
* Previous experience in the healthcare industry is an asset (not mandatory)
