Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: 

Leadership & Strategy: 


* Lead and develop a team focused on data intelligence, automation, and digital workforce operations. 



* Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance data analytics capabilities, intelligence automation, and digital worker effectiveness. 



* Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals and ensure that data initiatives support overall organizational objectives. 

Data Management & Analytics: 


* Be responsible for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to drive business decisions and performance improvements using the new Global Services Insights Engine, a modernized data lake platform.  



* Apply sophisticated analytics tools and methodologies to generate actionable insights to drive Efficiency, Effectiveness and Customer Experience. 



* Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance practices are upheld across all operations and implementations. 



* Be responsible for the GSIE squad to supervise data integration, modeling and engineering requirement.  

Intelligent Automation & Technology Deployments: 


* See opportunities for automation within workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention. 



* Be responsible for the design and implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions, including robotics process automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence driven tools across different platforms.  



* Know the latest with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and automation technologies to apply standard methodologies. 

Project Management: 


* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to data strategy and intelligence automation. 



* Set project achievements, track progress, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. 



* Ensure deployments and issue managements are addressed and continuously improved  



* Support Operational design.
