The Sr.

Manager, Product Management is responsible for representing the E2E Supply Chain in the development and commercialization activities for New Product Development of surgical instruments including but not limited to:


* The integration of New Products into manufacturing through the various steps of the Stage Gate Development Process.  This includes but is not limited to the following:
+ Capacity/COGS/Gross Profit ownership
+ Leading the component supplier and manufacturing site selection
+ Capital Management (Forecasting, Approval, Allocation and Execution) -
+ Driving rapid qualification and stabilization of new products and processes
+ Phase in/phase out
+ Escalation management
+ Supply chain interruption management


* Developing and executing strategies and tactics for the identification and implementation of robust new product supply chains that are ready for growth and equipped to create world-class experiences for our customers.


* Leading the improvement or identification of manufacturing technologies that enable the development of new products. 


* Representing the Voice of Supply Chain on one or more New Product Development projects with functional responsibility for Supply Chain deliverables.  You will be accountable to lead the team through the assessment of design for manufacturability, design for assembly and production stabilization agreement.


* Talent development included but not limited to coaching, mentoring, or formal performance management

Qualifications:


* A minimum of a B.S.

is required.

A B.S.

in engineering or related field is preferred.


* Advanced Engineering degree or MBA preferred.
