Purpose of the role

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team specialising in Immunology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our innovative pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within this therapy area, building positive relationships, and achieving sales targets.

What to expect:

You will:


* Develop and implement strategic account plans for targeted customers in the immunology disease area.


* Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL’s), and healthcare professionals.


* Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.


* Conduct product presentations and therapeutic area discussions to healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and up-to date information is conveyed.


* Collaborate with both internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.


* Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer need to identify opportunities for growth.


* Provide outstanding customer service and support in handling product inquires.


* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics in the CRM system.
