Child Welfare Title IV-E Specialist

Maximus is hiring a remote Child Welfare Title IV-E Specialist.
The Child Welfare Title IV-E Specialist will be responsible for reviewing Title IV-E foster care eligibility determination processes, advising on compliance with Title IV-E and other child welfare federal funding requirements, providing Title IV-E and National Youth in Transition Database (NYTD) federal audit support, providing guidance regarding Title IV-E guardianship assistance, and offering training and other technical assistance related to Title IV-E.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver consulting project activities for various projects.
- Analyze complex data and identify patterns, recommend actions, and measure outcomes.
- Coordinate with technical staff to understand business requirements, specifications, and processes.
- Conduct market research and understand market trends.
- Create system functional specifications from business requirements.
- Interact with organization and client managers.
- Perform cost/schedule monitoring,
- Identify additional product and service opportunities in customer organization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in child welfare.
- Must have at least 3 years of Title IV-E eligibility-specific experience.
