Maintenance

Westminster Oaks has an immediate opening Maintenance position.  The successful applicant will be able to:


* Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs under the direction of the Maintenance Engineer.


* Perform baisc functions that mechanical in nature with hand tools and power tools.


* Change light bulbs, A/C filters, filters and ceiling tiles.


* Take temperature readings and boiler room readings.

Test generator and other equipment and pumps.


* Repair minor leaks.


* Assist Maintenance Mechanic/Engineer with major projects.

Experience

Required


* 1-3 years related experience and/or training.

Education

Required


* High School or better
