District Director of Sales Specialist

Brookdale is Hiring a District Director of Sales Pro-Tem/Specialist!

This is a great opportunity to lead a sales team and partner with various districts across our organization.

This position covers when there are vacancies in our District Director of Sales positions as well as provides on-going support to district as assigned by the VP of Sales.

We Require 3-5 Years of proven success in senior living, leading a sales team in a multi-site capacity, and you must live in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field and five to seven years of successful sales experience, preferably in the senior housing, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors.

Experience in sales process, promoting/selling related products and referral development, and knowledge of sales coaching and sales team performance management.

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements

Works on short-term strategic assignments within specified geographic area.
