Position Summary

The Associate Director, Innovative Medical Solutions is responsible for shaping and implementing strategic initiatives that optimize the scientific evidence generation and dissemination processes within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.

This role requires a strong ability to navigate and manage diverse stakeholder needs while driving initiatives that support the organization’s commitment to generating and delivering high-quality scientific data in a timely manner.

Additionally, it entails leading complex, cross-functional projects to integrate innovative solutions and enhance capabilities in scientific evidence generation and dissemination.

The incumbent will manage diverse stakeholder needs and serve as the US business owner for related platforms, collaborating with regional and global teams to prioritize enhancements and coordinate demands. 

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Project Leadership


* Lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing processes and integrating innovative solutions for scientific evidence generation and dissemination.


* Coordinate with diverse teams, managing timelines, resources, and ensuring project deliverables align with organizational goals.


* Promote collaboration among stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and training to address challenges.
