Position Overview & Responsibilities

Johnson & Johnson Foundation and Impact Ventures are managed by the Global Health Equity (GHE) organization, which is part of Global Corporate Affairs (GCA).  The Global Heath Equity team is a dedicated corporate function with its purpose being to support and champion front line healthcare workers and the communities in which they serve.

GHE operates its social impact activities through a charitable foundation: Johnson & Johnson Foundation U.S.

In this Finance Manager role, you will have end-to-end ownership and responsibility for Finance activities in support of the Foundation, including support of key business partners within the GHE organization.  This includes, but is not limited to, financial planning and reporting as well as establishing and monitoring financial controls.

This individual will have one direct report and the team will be responsible for cash management, accounting activities and investment strategy for the Foundation.

In addition, this individual will have exposure opportunities to top executives, including those who are part of the Foundation’s Board of Directors.

Responsibilities:


* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, including financial monitoring and analysis of operating costs.

This includes support of full P&L and Balance Sheet for US Non-profit Foundation and its components


* Develop long-term operating plan and influence the strategy


* Oversee technology solutions for streamlined analysis and reporting for US Foundations to maintain financials in NetSuite ERP and other tool...
