MENTOR LATAM Business Unit Leader

As the Business Unit Leader for MENTOR in LATAM, your role will encompass strategic management, commercial excellence, and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for leading a team, executing plans, and ensuring the achievement of business goals.

Commercial Responsibilities



* Strategic Management: Input and execute regional strategy tailored to Brazil's priorities.


* Team Management: Oversee a team of contributors and/or supervisors, focusing on effective performance management and talent development.


* Operational Excellence: Manage operational aspects, including workflow, performance, compliance, and ensuring team goals are met on time and within budget.


* Performance Analysis: Audit KPIs to identify proficiency gaps and analyze market trends.


* Cultural Integration: Incorporate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team objectives.

Marketing Responsibilities



* Sales Direction: Lead sales initiatives and utilize marketing materials to foster business growth and enhance market share.


* Resource Coordination: Align regional marketing resources (e.g., brochures, website, social media) for maximum product visibility.


* Market Research: Conduct VOC and market research to enhance market insights.


* Digital Leadership: Spearhead digital initiatives, engaging with the Global Digital team and overseeing regional community management efforts.
