The Sr Manager, Project Management role is accountable for the performance of larger more complex projects and base business projects for various Healthcare and Life Science Facilities.

The role requires leadership capabilities to drive a team to perform at a high-level through Detailed Project Execution and flexible application of scalable Project Delivery Processes required through the ideation, definition, execution and assessment phases of a project.

The chosen candidate will be expected to drive innovation to ensure safe, high quality project execution with a focus on optimizing project commitments.

Additional expectations of this role include but are not limited to– Learning adaptability through internal and external education and being responsible for commissioning, qualification, and validation of FDA and other agency supervised facilities.

This includes technology transfer and regulations governing product manufacturing.

This role requires strong leadership, partner engagement, and strong planning skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while adhering to the highest standards of compliance and operational efficiency.
