HR Services Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources department.

The intern will primarily support recruitment activities and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding activities and documentation.
Participate in job fairs or campus recruitment events.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiar with Photo/ Video editing tools
Min Pasif in English (spoken and written).
