NAT - Inside Sales Rep

Title: Inside Sales Rep
Location: SLC, UT (on-site)

Pay: 50,000 - 55,000

Schedule: M - F with 1 Saturday every 5 weeks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own a part of the region booking freight and managing customer commitments

.

Market Balance - Abiltiy to learn customer shipping trends and market surges

• Coordinates with customer managers to promptly schedule pickup and delivery appointments

• Contributes efforts with fleet managers and planners to ensure OTP

• When required will handle customer communication

• Works in reporting and scorecard management with customer manager oversight - Tender acceptance metrics

• Supports with Problem identification and development of improvement plans to ensure that CR England meets customer requirements.

• Constant communication with extended coverage to ensure customer requirements are known and pending items are followed up on through the night and weekends.

Working Relationships: Customers, OTR operations teams (Fleet Management, Planning, Service), Billing, Sales, Drivers

Dimensions: This position will report directly to the Operations Manager for National Division

Knowledge, skills, experience & education: Customer Service Management experience, account ownership and development, strong organizational skills.C.R.
