Country Head Value and Access, Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Germany  / Management Board Member

Position Summary:

The Country Head Value & Access will play an integral part of the Executive Board of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Germany.

The role will report directly into the Managing Director and Chairman of the Executive Board.

The position is with critical strategic importance and business impact within the operating company as it is responsible and accountable for delivering and sustaining optimal, timely market access and pricing for J&J Innovative Medicine`s portfolio of products (including current and pipeline products) and hence is directly impacting the top and bottom-line financial results of the >3bn USD NTS operating company.

You will be responsible for:


* Define and implement comprehensive market access strategies to maximize product value and ensure optimal reimbursement.

This includes specific focus on strategies within Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, Innovative Pricing Solutions and Real-World Data generation in alignment with business objectives and in collaboration with key stakeholders, such as regional and global teams, to develop and execute pricing and reimbursement strategies aligned with business goals.


* Responsible for HTA, Pricing, Early Products, Regional Access Wholesaler/Hospital business and Patient Affairs delivering results for the commercial success of the whole portfolio.

The role is responsible for key account management, negotiation and contracting between J&J and all buying customers as an important part of the distribution and financial success of our portfolio
