Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.


* Strong strategic and analytical orientation with an innovative mindset.


* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.


* Strong leadership and influencing skills.


* Advanced PowerPoint and data skills with storytelling capabilities.


* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.


* Proven track record in strategic program development and execution.

* Previous large-system migration/conversion experience.


* Experience in Agile environments.


* Ability to manage competing priorities.
