Lockbox, Receivables Operations - Executive Director

JPMorganChase' Receivables Operations delivers lockbox services to clients for multiple lines of business across the firm.

The Lockbox Operations division enables customers to outsource their accounts receivables functions by accepting traditional paper-based payments, digitizing supporting documents, and capturing key information on their behalf.

As an Executive Director for our Receivables Lockbox team, you will oversee the Brooklyn Lockbox operation.

You will also act as a global leader for the function, leading a large, complex multi-shift operation, influencing the strategic direction of the business and ensuring best in class delivery for our clients.

Collaboration with senior management, vendors, external clients, and internal partners in Technology, Sales, and Product is core to the role.

Receivables Operations is a people-driven business, with several initiatives underway to utilize emerging technologies to further expedite delivery to our clients.

Job responsibilities:


* Building and managing, a large scale, complex, multi-shift operation with up to 140 employees and contractors; including training, task allocation, setting deadlines, and managing performance


* Formulating strategic, operational, and tactical objectives aligned with organizational goals
