As a Senior Analyst, Account Management, you will support the Account Management team in leading and driving data-driven decisions and strategic account management capabilities.
You will perform trend analysis, manage customer reporting, proactively identify and drive performance improvements and support customer compliance requirements.
The Senior Analyst, Account Management, will work creatively across multiple functional areas to improve our customers' overall experience.

What you'll do on a typical day:
• Perform trend analysis to provide strategic and actionable business insights that enable leadership to make data-driven decisions
• Facilitate operational reporting for monthly/quarterly business reviews for assigned customer account
• Work with operations and site leadership as required to gain an in-depth understanding of company and customer processes
• Compile and analyze large and complex data sets to understand trends and create a comprehensive message
• Conduct research/analyze data to support account strategies and identify internal growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet account needs and expectations
• Support account management leadership by gathering and synthesizing data to ensure customer deliverables are completed
• Collect data from various sources and enter data accurately into company database
• Monitor account performance and ensure compliance with company policies/contractual compliance; perform root cause analysis and corrective action plans when required
• Assist with calendaring, meeting preparation, coordination, and managing day to day account activities
• Create compelling visual presentations to illustrate opportunities and successes
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Marketing, Business or related field; or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years' experience supporting large customer accounts
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Flexible to travel up to 10%
