Method Intern

Method Engineering:


* Design and improve manufacturing processes complying with ergonomic and safety rules.


* Build and maintain Lean cells and racks using LADM - new, modification after MTM and transfers.


* Implement and maintain Poke Yoke & Jidoka principles in the manufacturing area.


* Manage & support Kaizen activities (methodology & maintain appropriate databases).


* Manage jigs/fixtures (Troubleshoot, improve existing, new & transfers & maintain database).


* Manage VSM & EVSM.IE/LDS (Target setting & Improvement).Implement & support Lean & Six Sigma projects.


* Support change over improvement thru SMED


* Enhance current processes and/or develop new processes.


* Establish and modify operating standards.


* Generate and maintain reports as directed by Management/Department.


* Implement and support 5S within the workplace.


* Carry out any other duties as and when required by Management / Department.


* Have knowledge for Automation Machine.

Qualifications



* Fluency in English is a must.


* Advanced level on Excel, Powerpoint, SAP (user) and Autocad 2D.


* Fast learning and with ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment.


* Practical-mathematical mindset & problem-solving approach.


* Experience in process improvement, lean implementation and/or warehouse process designing.


* Experience in implementation of SMART technologies in Manufacturing is preferred.


* Must be willing to be based in Batam
