Senior Pricing Analyst

LI-Hybrid The Role: Senior Pricing Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to help us unlock further commercial value for our business.

What will you do?

The successful candidate will work with the Pricing Leader and Managers, sales teams and product managers (Offer Marketers), Finance and Country Leaders (BVP and CP) to determine optimal quote pricing by assessing all factors that would impact price or volume trade-offs such as competitive environments; product features and costs; brand attributes; product adoption curves.

In addition will be monitoring current product/region discounting to identify optimization opportunities, work closely with sales leadership to make recommendations on pricing, promotions, and product bundles.

Furthermore, will prepare LT-level reports of analysis and data; and work with senior management to develop business cases, make decisions in line with our corporate strategy, and drive the implementation of approved plans.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Optimization of CCO Margin, DeltaP performance and revenue

• Execution of Special Price Approval Process

• Participate in the negotiations of Long-Term Pricing Agreements

• Ensure the daily tracking of the queue and quote turn-around time

• Build new processes from start to finish

• Document and improve current processes

• Initiate process improvement proposals to the stake holders

• Participates in all process improvement plans and implementation of the region

• Act as subject matter expert and Pricing Business Partner

• Manage internal and external customer escalations

• Act as backup to other analysts

• Ensure that the SLA commitment is being achieved

• Month end availability for quote approval process

• Support countries on CPQ related issues

Secondary Functions:

• Work within the SE environment to affect change

• Conduct prompted and unprompted analyses in support of business partners when appropriate

• Develop new reports and enhance current ones to keep them in line with changing business needs and requests of business partners

• Create time efficient processes for quote review including analysis and reporting through automation

• Contribute to ad hoc analyses/reporting requests in support of business partners when appropriate

• Create pricing performance and execution dashboards using Tableau to be shared with different audiences

Main interactions:

Pricing Leader and Managers, Sales Teams, Quotation Center Team, Offer Marketers and Product Managers, Finance, and Country Leaders (BVP and CP).

Key Success Factors:

Close collaboration with Quotation Center Team for Quote requests and CPQ.

Regular collaboration with Pricing Managers, Sales Teams, Offer Marketers, and Country Leaders for Quote approvals and alignment.

Qualifications
