The Role: Senior Services Quotation Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the team as a Services Quotation Engineer in our Cavite office.

You will be responsible for the preparation of quotations and tender submissions covering the full range of Global Services activities, such as installation/testing, contracts, upgrades/re-engineering, retrofit solutions, modernization, and digital services.

Your focus will be on Secure Power services for UPS and Cooling/InRow products, Electrical Distribution Services and Digital Power Services.

What will you do?

• Support request allocation to Services Quotation Engineers

• In charge of the Order Booking cadence communicating across the full team the actions and next steps

• Be the Onboarding Buddy for new joiners

• Help conduct RCA on issues and escalations; formulate and execute sustainable action plans

• Act as a reliable backup to the Tendering Team Lead, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach by stepping in to support leadership responsibilities and urgent tendering activities as needed, especially during high-demand or time-sensitive situations.

• Review customer RFQs, specifications, and tender specifications for Field Service activities

• Identify cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs and technical requirements (both explicit and implied)

• Collaborate with local and overseas internal stakeholders

• Prepare costing sheets to show the cost and margin of offers, ensuring minimum margin levels are achieved, whilst respecting market price levels

• Prepare high-quality quotations that define the technical solution proposed, whilst mitigating technical and commercial risks

• Preparation of technically accurate quotations focused on SP, PS, IND, PP, DP solutions in accordance with project specifications and schematic diagrams.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations regarding quotation delivery times, technical knowledge, and knowledge of industry requirements.

• Ensure that minimum margin levels are achieved,whilst respecting market price levels

• Maintain attention to detail and accuracy of technical solution

• Identify appropriate Schneider technical solution

• Use Schneider quoting tools to configure and price selected solution

• Process order booking for PPIBS, PSIBS, IDIBS, DPIBS

• SPIBS PO handover for booking

• Submit completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines

• Conduct tender follow-up, negotiations and training within the team

• Clear focus on improving customer satisfaction
