* Engineer Degree, High School Diploma or


* GED Equivalent or 3 years of Experience in the position.

Skills and Abilities


* Microsoft office, basic PC skills.


* Ability to operate mobile equipment.


* Bilingual Spanish-English a plus.

Experience


* Good computer skills including Microsoft office applications.


* Good business communication skills including the ability to write simple correspondence, verbally communicate to customers, clients and other employees.


* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos and to apply commonsense understanding to carry out carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

This will be the general / primary functions for this role:


* Prepare Plan for NPI projects and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure good quality product.


* Coordinate with R & D /New Product Development groups to develop strategies for new products.


* Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.


* Prepare project timelines and identify all resources, requirements & financials for new processes.


* Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, procedures and government regulations.
