* Bachelor's degree is required, preferred to be in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

Others are welcome to apply if results from experiences can be quantified and verified.


* 7 years experience managing environmental, safety, and health programs in a manufacturing environment.


* Demonstrated record of achievement in improving operational metrics.


* Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and re-prioritize as needed.


* Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and strong verbal & written communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


* Experience in EHS program management, including the development and implementation of comprehensive safety, health, and environmental initiatives.


* Experience in a manufacturing environment in fasteners or aerospace with proven results.


* Demonstrated ability to influence site culture and drive cultural transformation towards proactive safety and environmental practices.


* Experience in leadership, mentoring, and project management.


* Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards.


* Familiar with FMEA for tasks to improve safety, tool standardization, and cultural impact.

Responsible for managing programs, policies, and practices related to environmental, health, and safety compliance, technical EHS support, documentation and data control, asset security, emergency response, loss prevention, and workers' compensation cost control.
