Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Spain has an exciting opportunity to join our Financial Department as Finance Analyst FP&A, based in Madrid, Spain.

As our Finance Analyst FP&A, you will be supporting members of Spanish leadership and their respective teams in the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical business.

You will also be responsible for Implement and integrate digital technologies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

This role reports to the Business Controller for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Spain.

Financial Planning & Controlling


* Review the major Opex variations versus budget cycles, understanding the key drivers and providing management with insights for decision-making.


* Have an end-to-end financial planning & forecasting responsibility for the respective area.


* Provide insightful financial analysis and scenario-thinking to drive strategic prioritization and innovative approaches.


* Implement and integrate digital technologies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

Compliance


* Comply with J&J worldwide financial (WW financial), HCBI, and Business Conduct procedures and drive accountability throughout the organization.

Ensure compliance with local regulations.

Business Partnering


* Lead and supervise plan commitments for the respective area.


* Bring an external focus and establish connections with internal partners that drive business performance.


* Participate in EMEA and cross-sector initiatives.


* Actively champion a deep collaboration between all finance groups.

Qualifications


* Master’s degree in finance/economics/accounting is required.


* A minimum of 2 - 4 years finance or related business experience is required. Experience in a Reputable Audit Company is a must


* High-level knowledge of financial automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, AI-based applications for data analysis and automatic reporting is a must


* Advanced Excel skills.


* SAP knowledge preferred.


* Exceptional financial and analytical skills.


* Excellent command of both oral and written English.


* Strong communication and analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
