Georgia-Pacific Consumer Manufacturing Group is seeking a Performance Leader - Converting to drive operational excellence and team engagement in our converting operations supporting our Consumer Products Operation located in Muskogee, OK.

The Muskogee facility uses integrated technology to manufacture tissue, towel, and napkin products in a progressive production environment.

The Performance Leader plays a pivotal role in coaching and leading production teams to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

This position focuses on aligning team performance with business priorities through effective leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization.

What You Will Do


* Embrace influential leadership to support the organization while advancing our Principle-Based Management (PBM) culture


* Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve their full potential


* Build a high-performing team culture by fostering accountability, collaboration, and engagement


* Monitor and improve the performance of converting operations to meet or exceed safety, quality, and production targets


* Analyze and optimize production processes to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and increase reliability


* Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making


* Promote and enforce safety standards to create a safe working environment for all employees


* Ensure compliance with Georgia-Pacific policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements


* Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to proactively address hazards


* Ensure converting processes meet product quality specifications and customer expectations


* Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement corrective actions for quality concerns


* Drive consistency and adherence to operating procedures to maintain high-quality standards


* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, and productivity


* Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve operational outcomes
