As a Product Manager in Employee Document Services, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

Job responsibilities



* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Leverage a multitude of internal and external sources and experts, drive the research and evaluation of our current products to determine opportunity areas for improving the end to end experience


* Develop and oversee the product roadmap, vision, and development, ensuring alignment with business needs in line with the firm's growth and financial targets and aspirations


* Lead the end-to-end product delivery journey, ensuring that we execute effectively and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement


* Drive product innovation by staying ahead of market trends and identifying emerging technologies


* Partner with operational leaders to ensure seamless integration and assist to establish metrics that help optimize processes to improve outcomes


* Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry leaders to enhance product adoption and user engagement


* Partner with technology teams to drive digital product innovation and enhance user experience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
