Marketing Research Associate

The Marketing Research Associate will support understanding of our target audience and market trends, providing insights that inform marketing decisions.

This role will support the Marketing Research Manager to deliver research insights that contribute to business growth for the Animal Nutrition business as well as the Land O'Lakes Corporation as a whole.

The Marketing Research Associate will:


* A ssist and support research needs and development across brands.

This includes supporting survey development, programming, fielding, and report writing.


* Learn and leverage survey development tools and platforms, as well as help to work with our research vendors and partners.


* Assist in internal panel research through community management to deliver ongoing reporting, discussion development, polls and other research work.


* Support the research projects across the brand strategy team through trend and cultural research, strategy material development, workshop assistance and broader team needs.


* Learn and contribute to broader thought-leadership and strategy projects that support our brands across the organization.

Qualifications/Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field


* 1+ years of trend and cultural research


* 1+ years of drafting reports


* 1+ years of survey development and programming


* Understanding of market research methodologies


* Experience with survey development, data collection and analysis


* Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail


* Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to key stakeholders

The salary range for this role is $59,840 - $89,760.

In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary range.
