Flint Hills Resources is seeking a Damage Prevention Coordinator to join our team at the Eau Claire facility in Wisconsin.

While the primary focus is on protecting our assets in and around the Eau Claire Station-located between Eau Claire and Eleva-the coverage area extends from the Neillsville area to the Minnesota border.

This role plays a key part in maintaining the safety and integrity of our pipeline system.

The Damage Prevention Coordinator will be responsible for accurately locating pipelines, ensuring safe excavations, inspecting Right-of-Way, and overseeing contractors performing vegetation clearance.

A key responsibility includes serving as the primary point of contact for the Wisconsin Pipeline Agriculture Program, which involves engaging with landowners and tenants to gather and document agricultural land use information.

Additional duties include inputting data into computer systems, receiving assignments through work management tools, and supporting the management of small projects.

Our area of coverage extends from Neillsville area to the Minnesota border.

What You Will Do


* Responsible for locating and safeguarding all underground FHR-owned assets in Wisconsin.


* Utilize maps, records, and other resources to accurately locate underground pipelines and other FHR owned utilities.


* Manage interactions with landowners, including gaining an understanding of current farming practices through face-to-face meetings and follow-up communications.


* Managing landowner interactions, including face-to-face meetings and follow-up activities


* Facilitating and managing landowner agreements as needed


* Installing Right-of-Way signage and pipeline markers


* Enhancing landowners' awareness of damage prevention and emergency preparedness/response


* Building and maintaining relationships with landowners along the pipeline ROW


* Traveling up to 90% during the day, with occasional overnight stays


* Residing within a 60-minute drive of the Eau Claire, WI facility


* Providing detailed depth of cover information and/or maps to affected stakeholders as needed

We offer a company vehicle, tools, uniforms, and training for this role.

In the event of unplanned events or system call-outs, you must be available for on-call rotations during selected nights and weekends, as required.

Team members may occasionally travel (with overnight stays) for regular duties, training, meetings, or short-term assistance at other locations.
