Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities.

* Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or other related field required.

Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or other related field preferred.


* Minimum three years' experience in talent management/ organizational development


* Additional years of education may be substituted for the required experience or vice versa on a year-for- year basis.


* Uses strong analytic skills and an in-depth understanding of the organization and the business in order to handle arising problems and issues.


* Solves diverse problems using solid analytical skills where limited precedents/guidelines exist.


* Working knowledge of talent management disciplines, including organizational design, succession planning, performance management, change management, and team effectiveness.
