As a Product Delivery Director for the Innovation Economy Card within the Commercial Card business, you will lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers.

As a foundational owner on the team, you will leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that inspires cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:


* Direct principal activities across the end-to-end delivery, launch, and commercialization of the Commercial Card product, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting


* Foster internal relationships essential for facilitating the IE Card product offering while identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance efficiency and coordination across relevant product, tech, and operational teams


* Drive external partnerships critical to product development, ensuring partner accountability, transparency, and a strong influence on the partner roadmap


* Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Develop a deep understanding of the technical specifications and benefits of the new solution, effectively communicating these benefits to customers, business and technical colleagues, and executives


* Maintain high visibility across product timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners


* Lead change management initiatives across functional partners, ensuring compliance with the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Deliver periodic business updates to a diverse set of internal stakeholders, including Product teams and executives, Technology teams, Client segment leadership, Governing bodies, and Functional partners (e.g., Legal, Risk, Controls, Compliance, Finance, and Business Management)

Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:


* Knowledge of the Innovation Economy


* 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering high-impact and large-scale products, projects, or technology applications.
