As a Product Director in Home Lending, you will lead the charge in creating products and features that captivate and delight customers.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative solutions and deliver best-in-class products.

The Product Director will build and manage teams to oversee these three initiatives for Home Lending Production (sales), Operations (loan processing and fulfillment), and Servicing: Document Automation, Voice Automation and Product and Technology Automation.

He/she will leverage JPMC enterprise tools utilizing Large Language Models, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to create models that streamline processes in a compliant manner.

Job Responsibilities


* Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.


* Engage daily with engineering and design teams to set strategy, clarify requirements, provide feedback, and ensure that product increments are delivered on time and meet quality standards.


* Organize and participate in user research sessions and usability testing to gather insights and validate product features, iterating based on feedback.


* Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement.


* Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance the product.


* Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and upcoming priorities, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.


* Create and maintain product roadmaps that outline the strategic direction and key milestones, ensuring they are communicated and understood by all relevant parties.


* Continuously research and stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise successfully delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
