How You Will Make an Impact

As a hands-on Production Manager , you will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives .

This pivotal role requires a proactive leader who thrives on driving process improvements, mentoring teams, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities



* Oversee daily production operations and ensure all departmental objectives are achieved .



* Develop and execute production schedules while ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.



* Serve as a liaison between operations and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service.



* Identify and resolve production challenges through effective root-cause analysis and problem-solving.



* Drive Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to improve efficiency and workplace organization.



* Monitor and control manufacturing costs to support profitability goals.



* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.



* Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to line leaders and group leaders to support their growth and performance.



* Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all levels of the production team.



* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements



* Associate's required ; Bachelor's preferred.



* Minimum of 5 years of relevant manufacturing management experience.



* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, graphs).



* Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.



* Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.



* Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional projects and driving team performance.



* Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.



* Proven track record of promoting safety and compliance in manufacturing settings.



* High level of initiative, ownership, and responsibility for outcomes.



* Ability to work independently and effectively communicate across multiple levels of the organization.



* Must be proactive, results-oriented, and lead by example.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements



* Must be able to walk throughout the facility, reach above and below shoulder height, and lift materials using proper technique.



* Regular exposure to manufacturing areas where PPE such as safety glasses and hearing protection is required .
