Job Description:

We are seeking a Program Manager - Business Planning.

The Program Manager will oversee multiple operational activities, in parallel, to support the Aruba research and development workforce, as well as the related budget controls.

The purpose of this function is to enable our business partners and provide them with the equipment or services they need to be productive and successful to manage every aspect of those activities with utmost integrity and discipline in accordance with the expectations of our internal and external auditors.

This is a US based, onsite role, with a location preference of Roseville, CA.

Key Responsibilities:


* Manage multiple programs, operational activities, through proper documentation of their scope or of the expectations, the associated resources or budget, and clear communication to all involved parties.


* Gather and compile the required data from all available sources and produce usable information presentable to our business partners and decision makers.


* Use critical thinking to devise process improvements, use technology to optimize tools utilization or automate repetitive tasks.


* Collaborate efficiently with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth execution of the various required activities.

Education and Experience Required:


* Education: BA at a minimum.


* Typically, 4+ years' experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.


* Onsite presence is required to facilitate collaboration with local teams and the rest of our Operations group.


* Experience in Program Management is required.

Knowledge and Skills:


* Communication, both oral and written, is key for successful program management.


* Organization skills and proven follow-through are required as multitasking is the norm.


* In our fast-evolving world, the willingness to learn and grow is welcomed and required.


* Proficiency in standard productivity tools (Office 365, Power BI).


* A certain familiarity with the IT world, the networking industry, preferred.
