Billing/Medical Biller

Job Title: Medical Biller

Shift : Night (6pm to 3am - Remote / Back Office)

Key Responsibilities:


* Perform accurate and timely charge entry in the billing system


* Verify patient insurance eligibility prior to claim submission


* Enter and update patient demographics with attention to detail


* Review and resolve payer rejections


* Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure billing accuracy


* Adhere to HIPAA and company privacy policies

Qualifications:


* Proven experience in medical billing, especially charge entry and denial management


* Strong knowledge of insurance verification processes


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote back-office environment


* Familiarity with Kareo (Tebra), eClinicalWorks (ECW), or DocTor.com is a plus


* Willingness to work during night shift hours


* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
