Mission: To set up and lead the Regional Services Hub - offering value-added business support operations to country Services organizations in the region - delivering high productivity, process maturity and cost efficiencies

Summary of the Role: As a high-visibility partner and thought leader, the Service Hub Leader will be instrumental in coordinating and aligning the set-up and continued management of US Services personnel in Mexico City.

This role involves streamlining high-priority projects and conducting leadership that significantly impact the company's business objectives.

The ideal candidate will facilitate the execution of our Hoshin planning, enhance employee engagement, and prepare the organization for future challenges.

Strong communication skills are essential for driving extensive cross-group coordination at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Performance

o Implement globalprocesses, policies and guidelines in the Service hub operations

o Ensure delivery of business process KPIs to countries as per Service Level Agreements (SLA)

o Lead engagement with countries related to reporting, performance reviews and continuous improvements

o Lead deployment of appropriate digital tools to enhance automation of processes

o Act as a Single Point of Contact for all internal and external communication w.r.t Service Hub Operations

o Provide inputs to Finance teams for accurate charge backs to countries

o Adopt/ share best practices from other global/regional hubs

o End customer engagement (Customer Satisfaction/ health score), growth (upsell, cross sell), lead generation

o Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP, enabling a focus on larger strategic initiatives

- People

o Provide leadership to achieve strategic Regional Service Hub objectives

o Build a strong, diverse and engaged Operations team at the Hub

o Assess workload sizing and hiring the right skills

o Workforce enablement through training and coaching

o Organization design, conforming to guidelines on SOC/ Layers, delegation

- Infrastructure

o Accountable to work with local facilities/ utilities, IT teams to ensure smooth operations

o Provide forecast for all capital expenditures, coordinate associated procurement to sustain seamless Operations

- Tools & processes
