What do you get to do in this position?
Electronically interact with customers to ensure delivery on the customer promise and increase their use and resulting benefit from the services they receive:
* Nurture and develop client relationship to help clients extract the maximum value from SE contracted services.
* Identifies & match client's needs with SE products & services to drive successful expansion/renewal.
* Secure customer experience & satisfaction for SE contract service offers (jointly with Connected Services Hubs (CSH), formerly Service Bureaus).
Characteristics:
* Aligned by digital offer / recurring contracted service
* Focus is on electronic interaction with the customer
* Numerous customers (500+) spread all over the world
* Focus on conversion from traditional to digital contracts and renewal process.
* Context of low to high expansion opportunity
Qualifications
