Customer Success Specialist

The Customer Success Specialist focus on the customer experience with the goal of maximizing adoption, expansion, and renewals of Recurring Revenue.

He/She is a specifically trained professionals that has the responsibility to ensure perpetual engagement between Schneider Electric and its customers.

Needs to orchestrate the right people, processes, and data to accelerate our customer's time to value in achieving their desired outcomes using our technology and service contracts by proactively ensuring each step of their contract lifecycle is optimal.

* Interact with customersto ensure delivery on the customer promise and increase their use and resulting benefit from the services they receive: Eg.: In the case of Retail chain promote interactions with stores to ensure they are using in the best way the Solution.


* Lead and maintain the ongoing Customer relationships for recurring services, organize and manage recurring communication of Customer performance, ensure our internal commitments are delivered with excellence, that the customer outcomes are achieved: Eg.: the solution Building Advisor that we are promoting for all countries in SAM


* Monthly Customer Insights report with opportunities for performance improvement in case those hire this kind of service.


* Identifies & match clients' needs with SE products & services to drive successful expansion/renewal.


* Manage the internal process for deliverables: Trainings, connection with Global Services Hubs, recurring payments.


* Prepare and present certification trainings for Digital Buildings Channels (Brasil, Peru and Chile): Align with Offer Managers the topics and when will be done.


* Be expert in all critical customer processes, has a clear focus on the business side, understand the decision criteria and know how to use technology to solve problems or find new ways that improve productivity, output, supply chain and ultimately, the bottom line of customers.


* When given a portfolio of customers, help sales in building their account plan.


* Contributor in the segment community


* Support the management of a various SMB (Small Medium Buildings) projects in parallel, directly with customer or in back-office mode.

Organizes projects, monitors and controls progress until final implementation.

Support to manage a complete job process order preparation through financial close-out and provides technical support.

within South America Region.


* 10-20% travel
