Job Description:


* In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:


* Import and export operations (60%)


* Communicate and collaborate with relevant internal and external departments to collect classification information and declaration elements for import and export goods, meeting business requirements.


* Obtain import and export licenses according to business needs.


* Prepare declaration documents for import and export goods.


* Review declaration documents.


* Arrange transportation for import and export shipments.


* Track the status of import and export goods and ensure the accuracy and compliance of declarations and actual freight payments.


* Maintain good communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers to achieve timely customs clearance.


* Maintain proper archiving of import and export records and documents.


* Bonded processing trade account book (30%)


* Managing and maintaining the bonded processing trade account book in compliance with customs regulations: application, filing, and supplementation.

Determining customs declaration quantities for the account book.

Balancing and settling any additional tax payments.

Verification and cancellation of activities related to the account book.


* Other Responsibilities (10%)


* Follow company's credo to enhance the execution of company decisions and action plans.


* Responsible for ensuring that both individuals and the company comply with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.


* Manage the effectiveness, modification, and related tasks of departmental process documentation.


* Deploy and execute relevant training according to the training plan to meet AEO standard requirements.


* Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
