 Technical Product Owner – Commercial Planning Initiatives

Job Description:

As the Product Owner for Commercial Planning initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing the technology solutions that drive our Commercial Excellence programs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and different IT teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


* Strategy and Roadmap:
+ Define the product / platform vision, strategy and OKR’s for a new demand planning product, aligning business demand with the product roadmap
+ Establish technology roadmaps to achieve efficient & effective delivery of business & customer value for assigned product
+ Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency
+ Manage product/platform constraints and resolve cross-team dependencies; manage demand intake as required



* Solutioning & Delivery:
+ Define the standards for the product / platform, including overall design and features, development standards, release management processes and schedules, testing / validation, compliance and master data structures
+ Manage and define financial budget
+ Perform multiple vendor management
+ Facilitate Change Control and Risk Management Processes
+ Drive continual measurement of capabilities against demand volume, complexity, business challenges and improvement within value stream(s)

Key Skills:


* Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision through deep expertise in product development, engineering, and UX


* Experience in multiple stakeholder management


* Deep understanding and experience in high quality product delivery, including planning, dependency management, and delivery execution & governance


* Sufficient understanding of the business needs, including sufficient knowledge of business processes, relevant value drivers, and industry trends
