We're on the hunt for a dynamic Unit Manager / Infection Control Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-first environment and knows how to balance clinical know-how with compassionate care.

You'll be the go-to person for coordinating care, supporting our over-skilled unit, and ensuring that our infection control game is tighter than a sealed sterile package.

What You'll Do:


* Lead and support our skilled nursing unit with confidence and compassion


* Oversee infection prevention and control protocols, ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff


* Participate in the on-call rotation, providing leadership support as needed


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans


* Mentor and guide nursing staff, fostering professional growth and excellence

What We're Looking For:


* Current RN license in Ohio, or nearing completion of RN licensure


* Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or equivalent


* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team


* Excellent communication and organizational abilities


* Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care
